FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
THE ANSWERS YOU NEED
Now imagine waking up in the morning with perfect lashes and you don't even have to reach for your mascara.
Here's everything you need to know before your appointment.
What are lash extensions?
Eyelash extensions are semi permanent lashes that are hand-glued on top of your natural lashes. Lash extensions, unlike strip lashes, are individually glued on to your natural hairs, so they're incredibly customizable and actually look real.
Can I wear makeup to my eyelash extension appointment?
Please come to your appointment with clean skin and no eye make-up. This means no eye shadow, eyeliner or mascara. Anything on your eyelids or lashes could interfere with the result of your extensions, so definitely wash your face before the appointment. If your current mascara is waterproof, you should avoid using it a couple days before your lash extensions. Otherwise, your extensions may not adhere properly.
Can I wear contact lenses with eyelash extensions?
Yes, once your eyelashes have been applied, you can wear contact lenses again. However, if you notice any irritation when wearing contact lenses, we recommend that you have them removed by a professional, as this may not be the best solution for you.
What are infills?
Infills are the reapplication of lashes in areas where they may have fallen out or been missing. They are recommended to make your lashes look full and fierce, and to prevent them from looking " missing ".
How often should I get infills?
Humans, on average, have 90-150 natural eyelashes on the upper lid. Depending on their individual eyelash growth cycles, on average between 2-5 eyelashes are shed on a daily basis. We recommend booking an appointment for infill every 2-3 weeks.
How much do extensions cost?
