Booking and cancellation Policy

Arrive On Time

Please arrive at your appointment on time. If you arrive early, please wait until your allocated slot as we may be with another client, preparing for your appointment or even tending to personal matters. If you are late, please note that the time will come out of your allocation which may result in less lash coverage.

 

We like to give every available minute possible to applying your lashes. So please arrive at your appointment, whether it is for an infill or full set, with NO eye makeup on. Eye makeup can affect lash extensions and removing it takes up time and eats into the slot you have paid for.

No Guest Policy

We kindly ask you to arrive unaccompanied. Due to the limited space in the salon, friends and family are not allowed during your appointment, unless agreed in advance.

Patch Test Requirements 

All new clients are recommended to come for a patch test and consultation. Patch test must be done at least 24-48 hours before the appointment.

Treating Minors

To have treatment in our studio, you must be at least 18 years old. 

Deposit and booking methods

When booking, a deposit for the desired treatment is required to secure an appointment.

Booking confirmation

Booking confirmation is sent out directly to your email or text after successful payment. A booking reminder is sent 24 hours before your appointment. If you have not received a confirmation email or text, please contact us.

Cancellation and rescheduling policy

In order to retain any deposit paid, you must reschedule or cancel your appointments at least 24 hours prior to the start. Failure to notify us 24 hours prior to your visit will incur a loss of the deposit.

Be aware that your emails, messages and phone calls will only be responded to within our hours of operation.

No shows

In the case of no-show or late cancellation (2h prior to your visit) it will result in the loss of your booking fee.
