HAIR EXTENSION TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please note that a deposit of £100 is required when making an appointment for hair extensions

A 24-hour cancellation notice is required as part of our Terms & Conditions’ policy. Appointments cancelled with less than 24-hour notice may result in the deposit being forfeited.

Refunds and exchanges are not permitted on tape and bonded hair extensions once they have been fitted to the head and cut-in due to hygiene reasons

If any of the hair fitted is deemed to be faulty, it will be removed, sent back to our factory for testing and replacement hair will be applied

Please note that it is normal to lose a bond or a tape here and there, especially when maintenance is due. If you do lose any bonds or tapes before you’re due for maintenance, we will put them back in, with no extra charge

Clip-in hair extensions can be exchanged providing they have not been removed from the packaging

In order to be able to offer you Klarna’s instalment payment options, we will pass your contact and order details on so that Klarna can assess whether you qualify for their finance options and tailor the payment options to you
